2.10 Qualify Widget (Homeowner Project Submissions)
When a homeowner submits a project enquiry through a contractor's Tradeez Qualify widget, we collect:
- Name, email address, and phone number (if provided)
- Property address or eircode
- Project description and job type
- Photos of the property or project area
- AI-generated project assessment (complexity classification, estimated scope)
Legal basis: Legitimate interest of the contractor to qualify and respond to inbound project enquiries; consent of the homeowner by submitting the form.
Retention: Project photos are automatically deleted after 90 days. Structured project data (name, description, address) is retained for the duration of the contractor's active account to support their quoting and job records.
Homeowner rights: Homeowners may request deletion of their project submission at any time by contacting the contractor directly, or by emailing us at privacy@tradeez.io. We will remove the data within 30 days.
Note on AI training: Project photos and assessment data may be used in aggregate, anonymised form to improve the accuracy of the AI job classification model. No personally identifiable information is used for model training.
